Sunday mornings

Along with worship, between Labor Day and Memorial Day, we have an additional opportunity to grow in God's Word.

We offer Sunday School for ages 3 and up. During this time, kids hear and learn the stories from the Bible, gain certainty and confidence of God's love, begin to get familiar with the truths of the Christian faith and how they shape our lives.

All in a safe and fun environment with other kids their age.

Adult Bible Study also meets during the Sunday School.

Prayer

We believe God wants us (even commands us) to pray.

God hears us when we pray.

God answers our prayers according to His perfect wisdom.

God knows our prayers when we can't verbalize them.

Jesus is constantly praying for us.

We also believe there is a great blessing and power when the church prays with and for one another.

Each year, we hold two prayer vigils and also have a prayer team that is focused on praying for our church, community and neighborhood, and the needs of people.

In the community

We believe the church exists not for it's own sake, but for the sake of the people, homes, neighborhoods, communities, and world God has placed us in the midst of. So just as God sent Jesus to redeem and restore a broken world from the effects of sin, God sends the church in the name of Jesus and with the Gospel of Jesus to continue that work of Jesus.

At Crosspointe, we see our everyday relationships as the main arena in which God uses us to serve others where we live, work, study, and play. So we see ourselves as the church not just on Sunday mornings, but throughout the entire week wherever we are and whatever we are doing.

As a church, we believe it's important to maintain an active presence in our neighborhood and community so that God's love can be shared and lives can be impacted. Check out our events page for many of the way we seek to be a blessing.
